About mums coaching

We all need ‘me time’. We all need help.

In order to juggle everything in our busy lives and have time to ourselves, we must be able to ask for help and acknowledge that we can’t do everything on our own (and stay sane..!).

The biggest changes I have made in my life have been made with the support of other people.

I believe that we all need supporters, and people to help and guide us when the going gets tough. This is why diet clubs and personal trainers exist! We all know what we need to do to lose weight and have a smaller bottom, but most of us need someone to cheer, and nag, us along the way.

But when you get precious ‘me time’, what do you do? Catch up on jobs? Check work emails? Have a manicure? Meet a friend for coffee? Great for job lists, the boss, hands and gossip!

Coaching allows you to use that time in a safe, supportive environment to think, reflect, share ideas, be creative, be brave and plan your future. And make amazing decisions that you will actually follow through!

It is not about giving advice. It’s about asking the right questions to get you to think – really think – about what you want and what you’re capable of. Then, we put together an action plan to help you get there. Simple…?

... we also look at what has stopped you getting there before. It is important to predict and remove possible obstacles or derailers before they arise.

It can also help with confidence, communication and relationship issues, as these can often get in the way of us getting where we want to go.

Finally, coaching is all about people. The relationship has got to work for both parties, as it’s all about truth, trust, courage and fun! Find out more about how coaching works.
