About me
I am in my mid thirties and in 2007 escaped from West London to live in the New Forest. I am married to Miles, a yachting journalist and have two children – Sam, 5, and Daisy, 3 – all of whom I adore.
I have a mission. I want to help mums to live fulfilling, amazing lives, and put themselves first. If we do not respect ourselves, then we can’t expect others to respect us (especially our partners and children!).
I am not high powered, rich, spiritual, super-clever or beautiful. But I am living a fantastic, fulfilling life that I enjoy, that I have chosen for myself. It wasn’t always like that, and that is what makes me enjoy it even more.
What I have learnt is that there are too many of us who are settling for average lives when we have so much potential. Or we are so busy we have given up and relinquished all control over where our lives are going.
Five years ago I was an unhappy, dissatisfied, confused solicitor, working 4 days a week in the City, missing my baby and resenting pretty much everything!
So, I went to see a coach...
Now I work for myself, I see my 2 children as much as I want to, and I love what I do. I truly believe there is a very clear link between my happiness and my family’s.
… and I still see my coach.
I feel that I have the right balance – for me.
If I can do it, trust me, so can you.
I am a qualified coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. I am also an Associate member of the Association For Coaching.
